the kickboxing and boxing classes are a great workout. my son and i attend classes together, which also makes it fun for us.

My son is 6 years old and takes karate here. He was 5 years old when he started. Ive tried several other schools and didnt feel comfortable at any of them. I travel from Delray Beach and its worth the piece of mind. Barry is very good with kids and has a lot of patience. He teaches discipline and respect. My son has really gained a lot of confidence since attending these classes.

Barry is awesome and so is Ron who does Sunday boxing. In two months my arms have gotten really defined and great looking. And my cardio is amazing.

Great guy. Great classes. Great experiences. My kids have been going here for 11 years and it has benefited them tremendously.

An amazing place for children, beside teaching karate, Mr. Stephens instills confidence, builds character, and teaches respect! I watched my son growing into a strong young adult over the 8 years he spent there.

Barry Stephen is an outstanding instructor! Ive been taking boxing and kickboxing lessons from him for over five years. His training is a fun yet sweat-inducing workout, and he takes time to answer all my questions regarding proper form and technique. He is also excellent working with kids. Whenever my nieces and nephews visit, I take them in for lessons. They always ask if they can break a board with Mr. Stephen.
