We are a true team! we are right there alongside you working out the entire time, while demonstrating correct form as well as helping to push you more. We offer mobile in home training, or meet one of us at your place of choice, we also offer live internet training (Skype) for those who are out of our service area's, or looking to save some extra money. We also provide nutrition consultation and guidance to get you eating right! as well as homeworks on your off day's training with us to increase your results and keep you on track.
RESULTS! it is priceless to see, and feel the feelings we get when our clients are working towards reaching their goals mentally, emotionally, and physically, makes us feel all warm and fuzzy.
Being able to take part in and be a part of each individuals life changing process, and teaching things that they will use for a lifetime. There is no better reward!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a phone consultation, to see if we would be a good team. From there we schedule an assessment to determine your Fitness level, from there we discuss how many sessions a week would be needed to get you to your goal.

How did you get started teaching?
Having struggled with my weight on top of other medical conditions one being P.C.O.S and being dependent on medications. I researched all about my condition and was determined to cure myself and get off all medications as they were taking over my life, and did not like the way I felt for so long. I started exercising and eating right and within 3 months I was medication free for the first time in 10 years, 8 years later still medication free and never felt better! Exercise and good food choices truly are medicine in themselves, mind body and soul. Having P.C.O.S I knew my weight would always be a struggle, so what better way to keep myself going by helping others and working out together. So I left my dental technician job of several years to become a trainer in 2011.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages and fitness levels from weight loss, strength, flexibility, core training, or post rehab /injury training or maybe you're trying to get off of blood pressure medications or diabetes medications.
I also have experience hands on with special needs persons with Autism, Cerebral palsy and Parkinson's along with stroke and heart attack victims with partial paralyzation, Osteoporosis, ADHD and recovering addiction from pain meds and other substance's.
