My name is Todd Davis and I am the Owner if Sun & Soul Fitness in Port Orange. I am a master personal trainer and a graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training.
My training team will create an individualized program for you based on your fitness goals and a functional movement screening.
You will be assessed, monitored, motivated, and held accountable like never before.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We invite them in for a free fitness consultation and training session to decide which of our elite training programs is right for them. Then we set goals and get to work. Every 4-6 weeks we re-evaluate goals and make changes to the programming to ensure we are always progressing properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master personal trainer that studied at The American Academy of Personal Training. This is one of the few accredited Personal Training Colleges in the country. I was required to do 500 hours of classroom and hands on training.
I studied: program design, kenisiology, anatomy, movement analysis, corrective exercise and therapy, nutrition 1 and 2, FMS, kettlebells, TRX and strength training.

We have 3 different training programs including: Group Training, Personal Training and Semi-Private PT (partners training)
We have prices for both 30 minute and 60 minute sessions for PT and Semi-private ranging from $30-60 dollars a session. Group training stars at $97 dollars a month for unlimited classes.
How did you get started teaching?
I wanted to help people improve the quality of their lives. I was also an instructor in the Army and have always enjoyed teaching and coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with professional and collegiate athletes, people rehabing from injury and clients just looking to lose weight and get healthy.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have the proper education and experience that you need and deserve to hit your goals.
