Hello, I've been training the best athletes for 10 years now.. I started with AAU track & field and had numerous of athletes come to me for training.. Kevar Williams from Deland, Florida... I coached him since the age of 10.. kevar is soon to be a freshman at university of Florida, I have videos to prove.. Kevar always been decaded and workout hard and always trusted me to get him where he wanted to go. Kevar was ranked #1 in Florida for the 100 and 200 meters.. I also coach a female name molly who was running a 12.6 in the 100 meters in March 2022, I started training her April 2022 dropped her time down to a 12.01 in just 1 month.. GOAT AFFILIATED (greatest of all training/time) because once you leave my training sessions you'll definitely be faster, stronger and quicker.. BUT REAL QUESTION IS HOW BAD YOU WANT IT... Because I will push you and I won't let you give up and I'll let you know when you're doing good and I'll let you know when you need to pick it up.. But trust the process..     Frequently asked questions

    First if the runner not in shape I'm going to break the runner in.. By having the runner do 2 laps to warm up, ploymetrics etc and a couple of sprints for about 2 to 3 weeks.. Then we'll start working on strength, speed and quickness..
