What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I evaluate a new student's previous experience, injuries, fitness goals and current limitations. We grow together as a team building strength and flexibility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a pharmacist by trade, so I have training from the University of Pitsburgh regarding the body and various disease states that may influence excercise. From there my pilates certification stems from a CPD certification and AFAA group fitness training.

Private Lessons are discussed based on time.
We also have group fitness classes that can be beneficial Tuesday mornings & Friday 1:30pm-2:30pm.
