Hi I'm Aramis "A1" I have over 30 years combined playing and coaching. I played for St. Thomas Aquinas, University of Iowa and a arena football. I pride myself in showing my athletes the proper technique instead of telling them, and making sure they know why this drill or technique and when to apply it. My expertise is all things defense and offensive skill positions.
Watching a athlete flourish under one's own guidance is reward within itself so I try to pass on my knowledge to younger generations as my coaches and mentors did me

Played for St. Thomas Aquinas High, The University of Iowa, and Arena Football. I have coached youth, high school, and personal position coach for the past 16 years. I have coached countless Division 1 players and a couple who have played in the NFL
