About
I've been a trainer for 30 years suffered many obstacles in my life from being in coma for 30 days due to being hit by a car while walking. Had to learn to repair my self and walk again. I understand how hard it is to get started. I have 30 years of experience with young to elite athletes
I have a strong passion for changing my clients lifestyle. I've seen clients go from over weight, single and just an employee to in shape married and CEO. Nothing more gratifying then changing lives. " SUCCESS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION"
This is from a article in the Sun-Sentinel news paper.
The accident happened Feb. 24, 1998. I was transferred to a rehab center around the first week of April. I was there until the end of May and then went to another place as an outpatient. I just finished up around January 2002.
How did you become familiar with functional training?
I was introduced to the stability ball in physical therapy. It's the big balance ball they use. I was interested in that ball and went on the computer and found stability ball videos by Juan Carlos Santana. He's the director and CEO of the Institute for Human Performance. I went to one of his seminars in Manhattan and starting functional training or training for movement.
