I have taugh yoga at various studios in Broward county, I have also substituted for some amazing teachers and even got to share yoga with Florid Atlantic University classes. I also have contudected peer reviewed research on the lonterm effects caused by stressed in children and the science behind integrateing yoga and meditation to grow the brain. I teach power yoga, restorative and relaxing yoga, hatha, kids yoga, family and post-natal yoga.
If I am driving further than 10 miles, my prices are higher to compensate for gas and travel time
Normal hour lessons are $23.00
Ask for Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson Pricing Groups and singles available (2 hr minimum at a time) if you need a board (we can provide one for $30 extra for the entirity of the day/session)
