What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first ask them questions in regards to their goals, health issues and lifestyle. Then we provide them with a unique and individualized work out plan and nutrition plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are certified trainers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The price depends on what program you choose.
Singular lessons are $100 an hour.
We have programs that are just training and others that are a full service program that includes nutrition as well.
