Sofi is amazing! She is very patient and goes into great depth on the information she is providing! Anytime I have a question about anything whether is be about food, health, recipes, and even exercises, she is sure to inform me with the best knowledge! I am very greatful to have found some one as sweet and great as Sofi to help me on my weight loose journey! I am only a few weeks in and I have lost quit a bit of weight thanks to Sofi’s Motivation. I have enjoyed working with Sofia at Healthy Lifestyle because she is very thorough in her preparations for the meals and listens to the needs of the “student.” The meals /recipes were healthy and simply consisted of 4-5 natural ingredients. For someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen and is always on the go, I now have a variety of meals and snacks I can make for the week. I recommend Sofia for cooking lessons and also a nutritionist. Janet
The first session consists in getting to know each other and talking about your personal objectives, symptoms and concerns. I will listen while coming up with a plan to support your overall wellbeing and health goals.
After that, I provide a food plan and holistic shifts to help you begin the process of restoring balance in your body and mind.
The plan lasts two weeks, after which we will talk again to review progress, questions and successes.
I have a Nutrition degree, Health Coach certificate with specialty in Hormone Health.
I believe in healing our bodies from the inside out. My passion is working with people to achieve their goals and guide them through the process of overall health and wellbeing.
