I have enjoyed working with Sofia at Healthy Lifestyle because she is very thorough in her preparations for the meals and listens to the needs of the “student.” The meals /recipes were healthy and simply consisted of 4-5 natural ingredients. For someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen and is always on the go, I now have a variety of meals and snacks I can make for the week.
