I help people improving their lifestyle, physically, mentally, spiritually. My Yoga Therapy sessions are based on pure alignment and precision with some flow. You can choose to have a private session in Yoga, or you can work with me as I also help you with your diet/nutritionist routine.
A mix of physical and intellectual work can bring you forward toward the goals you want to reach.
I have been a Certified Coach and Yoga Instructor for several years, and my main goal is to focus on your health by sharing my knowledge.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I give them a 45-minute free session so we can discuss what we can work together. Then they can choose a package of 6 or 12 sessions. They can be Yoga lessons, Wellness Coaching Sessions or a mix of both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certification in Health Coaching and a Yoga Alliance Certification.
What types of students have you worked with?
Any person who wants to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Chose a teacher/coach who is Certified and has experience in what he/she is doing. Talk to them and see if they can be a good fit for what you are looking for.
