What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First of all, I try to get a personal connection, understand the real interest and not only the position behind a behavior. Listen carefully is the best way to understand before jumping to conclusions. Then I figure the best tool the student needs in order to obtain the best and faster results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess several grads studies the last specialization that I have is in Mindfulness. I created my own methodology to work with people, test, tools and so on, that are compelling in my new book Business from Within.
