The instructor, Emily is just lovely and the class felt incredible. A lot of attention to details, a great set up, relaxing background music and enhanced it all with meditation, essential oils and reiki at the end. I can say I was on a yoga high after the class, if thats a thing ♡

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will ask the student a variety of questions about their past and current situations, their goals and their body's status in regards to health. I will get to know my students to create the best healing session whether it be with movement, yoga, reiki or meditation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200 hour RYT Yoga Teacher certification.
I have my Reiki Healing certificate.
I am part of a dance company.
