Method
It is a personal research method with the best of the known Lee Strasberg, Konstantin Stanislavski, Sanford Meisner and Orazio Costa methods with the integration of oriental mediation techniques, which works as a mindfulness approach since Michele is Reiki master as well. The mission is to develop Essence and Presence for a better health, life and personal conditions related to acting, professional life and personal daily life
Acting course syllabus
Prep section
Warm up, relaxation, concentration, body structure and posture re-education, personal growth, self empowering activation, presence development, script selection;
Rehearse section
Script reading, script analysis, sub text research, extra text research, train of thought research, character study; Shooting section Shooting warm up, script meditation activation, shooting acting exercises, acting on camera and final shooting;
Screening section
Final work analysis, target awareness, and goal remodeling process. At the end of the course acting students based on level will be selected to be part in a professional movie or a online TV series with professional actors and the other members of the Lastella Acting Studio
