I'm an fighter/Boxing coach so you get the best of both worlds working with me as I know and understand the ins and out of the sweet science and taking your fitness to the next level.
I enjoy teaching because I like to know that my students protected their self when confronted with adversity , I like to know my students feel confident when face with challenges to overcome and last but not least I like to teach because I'm a student/teacherlooking to transform the knowledge and creating leaders of the future through boxing and bodybuilding..

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Teach the basic stretches that fightets/boxers normally do because of flexibility highly needed in boxing/ self defense then teaching student how to breathe when running again because stamina and breathing is key to being successful then after running we will practice boxing circuit training which is similar to crossfit only difference your learning boxing so its more advanced style of training that will save lives .As well as training, speed , as well as Marathon training/track and field weight training, I also create meal plans according to (BMI) BODYMASS INDEX AND BODY TYPE AND REMEMBER LADIES AND GENTLEMEN HEALTH IS WEALTH, THE BEST INVESTMENT..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a USA BOXING COACH/CONDITIONING COACH FOR 2 TIME FLORIDA HEAVYWEIGHT GOLDEN GLOVE CHAMPION And I recently pass the ISSA CERTIFICATION.
