About this pro

I specialize in behavior modification as well as body transformations. My method is designed to break mental boundaries, reach physical fitness goals while creating a conscious living that will impact all areas of your life and in return creating a better quality of life.

I understand that each individual has different requirements and needs and I make sure that I handle each person with the care and attention that is needed.

A healthy mind body and spirit is the key to life so let's work together to attain your health & fitness goals. There is no investment like yourself and I assure no matter your fitness level you will be satisfied with this union.

I enjoy the journey of each person that I work with. Everyone is creating a new story and the transformations that I am able to see is one of the most rewarding feelings of being a coach.

Alicia is probably one of the finest Trainer’s I have ever worked with and I am 86 years old and been working with trainers for 45 years and I’m from NYC . It’s her attention to detail that puts her in this A+ class. She doesn’t let the client (me) cheat , she pays absolute attention to every movement you make and if one exercise doesn’t work she’ll find one that will. She’s reliable, prompt always positive and a joy to be around.

How did you get started teaching?

My fitness journey came from a place of wanting to do better for myself.

Just like many of you out there, I struggled for a long time on the quest to becoming the best version of myself, however, no matter the circumstances I never gave up and neither should you. Once you connect the dots of being in a better state training will no longer feel like a task but but something you do to live a more fulfilled life.

I had to committed myself to learning a healthy lifestyle from scratch. I devoted myself to learning these habits because I realized they were essential to creating an optimal life.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I and two other trainers have come together to host a monthly training camp that focuses on endurance, flexibility, mobility, and overall strength. This project is intended to bring the community together while challenging each individuals capabilities. We invite all levels of fitness to join us. We are sponsored by RedBull, ProBars and few other great brands that see and believe in our vision.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

You’ll form a long term relationship with your personal trainer. So it is important that you match with their training style, expertise and connect well. Do appropriate research to ensure that they are a great fit for you and your personal needs and wants.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

The reason “WHY” this is so important this will help keep clients accountable, consistent and dedicated. If you need guidance towards this I can help you find your answers.
