My students receive the best personal training available since I empower each one of them teaching them not only the right movements but the reasons why they are so important to their individual progress. I promote their healthy lifestyle, trough education, fitness, and proper nutrition, guiding my clients through a training plan that makes them feel more confident about themselves. I work strengheting their determination and enthusiasm. I adapt to any enviroment including their selected locations and my wide range of outdoors training parks, beach spots and gyms. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. We start doing a physical test to determine the physical condition of the student and determine her/his goals.
2. We create a custom plan for her/his goals.
3. We develop a nutrition plan for achieving the desired results.
4. We start the program and monitor it and keep up the motivation to complete the plan.
