What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually want to know more about their desires, then knowing if the place where I am going to teach has everything we need to have an amazing time is other of the things I consider necessary to give the best impression ever.
Once I know the person I can take everything I need to give the best of me.

30 years of experience in the field, more than 12 years helping people to open restaurants and few more sharing my skills to those who love cooking
