I strive to create a program catered to my student's needs. During our first meeting I conduct a languange proficiency assessment and work with the students to determine their academic goals. Then we agree on the program and the frequency of the lessons. I love to help my students acquire new skills that will help them achieve goals in life ( better job opportunities, travel, communication in general).

My name is Raul Gianino, I am a bachiller in Economic Ciencies, also have two MBA, one in my country Peru and another one in USA, the matter is Business and Administration both. Before came to USA was a Financial Manager in Master Card and American Express about 20 years; here in Miami Fl was a Financial Manager in Alexim Corp for 15 years.

I have been teaching English for more than 20 years in my native country and in USA. I love teaching because I can let my creativity go and the interaction with the students is very enjoyable. I learned how to teach and have been looking for new strategies to get the students' attention. That is my challenge, get the students to learn what and how they like, apply new methods and have lots of fun!!

I am professional and dedicated , Spanish is my native language and I love it because it is poetic, creative and very important to have two languages I love to teach and see the overcome .
