Boxing is a way of life for me. I’ve been throwing punches since the age of 2, I’ve always had this extra human strength so I was attracted to competitive sports. My first passion was basketball and even Though I love them both. It doesn’t matter if a client is beginner or advance, I emphasize on basics, and fundamentals because they are the key points that repetitively need to be done with proper guidance to ensure form and progress. With my applied system to all of my clients, I produce some of the most well taught disciplined boxing enthusiasts and fighters! Come train with me and enjoy boxing properly! In my basketball training you will get a one on one speed precision training. Including drills and exercise and strategies that will increase your skill and overall help you become the best version of yourself humanly possible on the courts.

I also work with positive affirmations, and am a mentor in my community. Teaching women and children self defense, and boosting confidence.
