I am a former division 1 basketball player whose career ended due to injuries from sports. I am now a massage therapist and fitness trainer with a passion for teaching sports. Nothing gives me more joy than being able to educate people on how their bodies work, as well as whatever sport they may be interested in. With my massage background, I can treat and help to prevent injuries so that you can have a long lasting athletic career.
