Coach Bennie Basketball
About
My service stands out because we are going to work. The only thing important to me is that you become the best basketball player that you can be and I will give you the tools to do that.
I enjoy seeing the results in the kids. When they start becoming a valued member of their team and the coach can see the work that they have put in. That's what I enjoy most.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to know what the students strengths and weaknesses are. Then we can go from there with how we are going to put together a strategy to make the player become a BEAST!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been coaching all different age groups for 10 plus years now. I was an All-State, All-City, All-District, All-Region player in the state of TX. I also received All-Conference in Junior College at Temple College.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each session is $30 per individual session and all sessions last an hour. Group sessions are $20 per player and the group maxes out at 10 players and we do base it on age. Currently I am only able to train on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday morning, any time between 6 A.M-10 A.M.
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with the game of basketball around 9 or 10 years old. So after my college career was over I knew that I would need to spread my gift to others.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with college athletes all the way down to kids in the 2nd and 3rd grade age children. If they are serious about the sport then I am here for them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My son who I've trained all his life is currently getting recruited by Division 1 schools his Senior year. I am very proud of his accomplishments and the hard work that he put in to get him to this point.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would just make sure that the coaches goals align with your same goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How far do you want to go within your sport? Are you doing it to stay in shape or are you really wanting to play at a higher level? These are important questions to ask your coach/teacher.
