I am developing children and adolescents from 2015 to the present. It all started when one of my best friends who played professionally invited me to coach basketball. Today we continue to coach basketball at a high school here in Orlando. I am very grateful to my friend who invited me, he is Carlos Escalera. Until now we have the same mentality of coaching or teaching kids to play good basketball. We teach from the most basic to the way you can play professionally. In my case, I reached a previous professional league in Puerto Rico. I know basketball and I update myself to today's basketball. Basketball has changed a lot and if you as a coach do not educate yourself you would be 1 step behind.
