What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We chat for a little while so I can get an idea on how I will proceed with our future lessons. Depending on the level the student is on helps me to better understand how the lessons should go. If I have a beginner, we will mostly focus on foundation, technique and so forth. If I have an advanced student, we will spend between 15-20 minutes on vocal warm-ups and then we will work on repertoire.
