About
Since 2005 I've helped a few hundred people permanently transform their lives (and bodies) through what I call Whole Human Coaching.
My niche is the 35-60-year-old, burned-out, busy person with a burning desire to change who needs to get their life in order so they can get their health, finances, career, or relationships on track.
If you feel like they've tried everything and can't find success, I may be just the coach you're looking for.
Change can be complex, but your breakthrough doesn't have to be. You're not defective. You just need a perspective and strategy upgrade. Your best days can still be in front of you!

What I enjoy most about this line of work is taking the overwhelm out of my client's lives and watching them realize they can change.
I enjoy the deep satisfaction of finishing a day knowing people overcame obstacles that previously they had no idea how to handle.
Through asking insightful questions I get the joy of not only helping someone see their potential, but of watching my clients gain confidence, change their life, improve their health, and become more (and get there faster) than they ever would have on their own.
There's no better way to earn a living!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our process starts with a consultation to see if we are a mutual fit. For those who are, we spend a great deal of time listening and working through clarifying questions to get a full picture of your life: ambitions, motivation, capacity for change, health, relationships, etc.
We connect regularly (usually over Zoom) to discuss what's working, what's not, and create clear action steps toward the most important priorities. Most people meet with me once a week, but others meet even 2-3 times per week depending on need and specific goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15,000 hours of 1-1 coaching experience working as a blend of life coaching (strategy, planning, and tracking) health coaching (nutrition and personal training), mindset coaching (ingrained beliefs, auto-pilot habits), and relational coaching (people skills, emotional mastery). While I have numerous certifications, my breadth of experience and testimonies are what people value most.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I don't sell sessions. I foster transformations. I am your coach to get you the RESULT you want, not just brainstorm lists of things for you to do. Whether to coach your mindset, out-think obstacles, listen, or plan, you'll have access to me anytime you need me. I typically work with people for a set price for 6 months (although many clients stick around for 18-24 months).
I need to understand someones situation in order to quote a price, but most coaching packages are a solid four-figure investment.
How did you get started teaching?
The business started after a personal quest to regain health, and after passing along life-changing lessons as a hobby, it slowly became a business. After working as a personal trainers and nutritionists I quickly realized how much the exercise and dietary changes I taught caused a reverberation through the rest of someone's life. If I did not get good at coaching the whole person, my ability to help facilitate real change would always be limited. With that in mind, I switched to becoming a life coach. I help fewer people now, but do so at a much deeper level.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with kids and adults ages 5-91 from across all walks of life. My sweet spot is the 35-60 year old who has tried everything, but not found results. The seeds of success are sown in the trails that have shaped you to this point.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent events we are fond of are always the testimonies we get of changed lives.
Aside from that, two recent events we're very proud of are called The Healing Intensive, and The Planning Intensive. The former teaches people how to leverage the healing power of fasting. The latter helps people do the deep, introspective work of Goal Planning.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Spend less time asking the tactical questions of:
7 vs 8 hours of sleep
Cardio vs. weights
Probiotics vs vitamins
Surgery vs alternative options
Medications vs supplements
Intermittent fasting vs. portion control
Keto vs. Whole30
...etc.
And spend more time working to "Know Thyself"
By that I mean, look deeper into your
Personality
Stress responses
Avoidance patterns
Recurring strategic errors
Identity issues/insecurities
Strengths and shadow side
Ideal learning environment
Most helpful forms of guidance and accountability
If you explore that second list, you will be able to create the breakthrough you're looking for.
Without that, you could end up like the typical American who literally goes on a diet 55 times and never achieves a lasting transformation.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think through what you PERCEIVE to be your biggest obstacles? Sometimes they are the real obstacles, other times they are not.
What (if anything) has made you quit in the past. What makes now a good time to change, and what are your expectations of a coach you might hire.
