Frequently asked questions

Start off with basics. Teach small drills that'll carryover into practice/play. Establish an at-home routine that'll keep him busy off the field. Also, create an understanding for what the goal is in attending these lessons and moving forward with their sport.

I am currently studying in school studying nutrition and athletic training. I also worked at a 2 baseball facilities in the area as well as coached highschool baseball for 4 years.

Weekly lesson (30 every 1/2 hour, 60 every hour)

Mixed lessons 70-90 minute minimum (75.00$)

weekly rate for 1 hour, multiple lessons weekly:

once a week 60.00$

twice a week 80.00$

three times a week 100.00$

four times a week 115.00$

Was never the brightest bulb but everyone shines in their own way. I believe what I've learned and cards I was dealt through my athletic career could benefit many athletes on and off the field. I started teaching after my fall season at Daytona State College. Couldn't afford to live there, work full time and do full time school so I had to make a decision.

In the area of expertise, I speak on behalf of all coaches or trainers. We choose to do this because it's a passion of ours and we want to help others achieve their goals. Establish your goals. Where do you start? What is your goal? Why is it a goal? And how are you gonna achieve your goal?

No question is a dumb question. Ask all the questions you can and don't be intimidated to fail. Failure teaches you what you should've, would've or could've done. Accept failure as a friend. Life's about failing and learning how to get back up.
