Starting with a Par Q exam to assess exercise history and goals, I then move to assess certain areas that are specific towards either body building, power lifting, boxing or general weight loss. From there, we will work together to establish a plan of attack on how we will hit your goals on a daily, and weekly basis. It all depends on your personal needs and what you are weak in, we will strengthen, what you are strong in we will further enhance. We will reach it together and I won't give up on you. Accoutability is key.
I've been training as an Ace certified trainer for 8 years. I have training from National Personal Training Institute, Remington College for their Personal Training Program. Futhermore, I have attained an Associates of Science in Allied Health at HCC and completing a Bachelors in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise physiology and minor in Exercise studies at University of Tampa.
