I began having lessons with Mr. Marth since the beginning of the year and I must say that he is a very responsible and experienced guitar instructor. He is very serious about his work and he always puts in 100% when teaching. I've had many teachers before and Mr. Marth really impressed me with his fun personality and love for music. He teaches the lessons in a very orderly manner, planning ahead of time and is very patient with beginners like me. Encouragement and jokes boost my interest in guitar significantly. He said that it is important to love music in order to do well. I like how he asked students to prepare a binder for music notes and notebook papers to write any questions down. But what I like the most is the little session at the end of the lesson where he will listen to a song that you like and play it on his guitar without any music scores. It really motivates me to practice harder and be able to play my favorite songs just by listening to it one day.

Everything! I have had the pleasure of knowing Alyssa for over five years. She teaches my daughter with Down Syndrome violin at home. Alyssa is professional, patient, and caring. She has helped my daughter to achieve an amazing level of competency. My daughter has auditioned for our state orchestra for the last three years. Not only has my daughter achieved a perfect score for every audition, but she is the first in our school district, in her program to ever audition. I absolutely feel this is due to Alyssa.
