Orange Tie Cooking
About
I have many years experience coaching and teaching others about proper nutrition. I put the "Why" behind the "How". I love to see people feel so good after the first week, that they can't wait to continue. I don't like the word, "diet". For me, it's a way of life, and I love to teach others how to live satisfied and happy.
Seeing others succeed at changing their lives one step at a time. I love teaching others how to cook healthy meals that are both satisfying and nutritious!
