About
If you looking to enhance your skills as an Offensive/ Defensive lineman to get you notice by College recruiters or NFL scouts, then look no further. I have over a decade of playing experience in NFL retiring as a Superbowl champion (Superbowl 44). I have coached over the past ten years as a college defensive line coach and NFL coach. The grind it takes to be the best is not just your talent it takes TECHNIQUE! When you ready to separate yourself from the rest of the pack come train with someone who has done it day and night for over 20 plus years. I want to help young men reach their full potential as a football player, but more importantly as a man. My goal is to break you down and build you back up into an all-around player with a strong foundation of technique and fundamentals that will get you through any physical situation you may find yourself in throughout four quarters.
My services don't come cheap because I'm giving clients an inside track to what it takes to become an All-County, All-City, All-America, and how to get a NCAA scholarship. I want young men who are committed to working hard to be the best not just on the football field, but also in their academics because without grades football is just a game. I trained through my own personal experiences because I lived it and working hard to give it back to young men who are willingly to pay the price. To be the best is an everyday commitment to your education, health, sleep, nutrition, and mindset. Join me and let's get to work!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the the client a series of questions to understand what does he really want to get out of our training session. I'm going to push my clients pass their limits. I call it in game training where I create an atmosphere of adverse situations that the player has to push himself through. I want the clkient to know up front what they are signing up for. So there are no misunderstanding when training begins. Its a progression starting with the boring details of technique that are ultimatly the glue that bonds our foundation together. We will continue to build into game like situations so when adversity hits our reaction is I'm ready, not what do I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching defensive lineman for the past ten years on the collegiate and professional level. I personally have 12 years as a professional defensive lineman in the NFL and Canadian league. I also spent 5 years traveling abroad to Japan and trained Offensive and Defensive lineman during the off-season while I was still an active player in the NFL. My training with Offensive lineman helps them gain keen insight in how to be effective verses Defensive lineman.
