    I began training with Fred over five years ago. He was always encouraging, supportive and I enjoyed our sessions together. We are now training virtually, me in Kentucky, Fred in Florida. I am amazed at the progress I have made; although he is not physically with me, he continues to move me forward, correcting my form and adjusting my weight load. I enjoy training with bands and exercise balls, and Fred keeps me motivated ( and laughing). As a 62 year old woman, I’m surprised at what I can achieve and accomplish. This is due to Fred’s support and friendship. I highly recommend him.
