Grindhouse Elite Fitness And Performance
About
I coach from experience, A linebacker for 3 years at The Florida State University where I earned my BS in Exercise Science. I am also a NSCA certified personally trainer. I've been couching and training athletes for the past four years and currently the head varsity football coach for the Tampa Jaguars.
Everything! Nothing makes me happier than giving someone the accurate knowledge to unlock their full potential and then seeing them through the journey. Watching the belief in their ability grow! I approach the monitoring aspect of role with all seriousness and actively lead by example. Trying to be the coach I needed when I was younger.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During our intial session, I would gather as much detailed information as I can about the athletes performance history and specific goals. Then we would undergo a physical assessment to better understand the athletes current ability and level of functionality. From here, we set goals, form our plan, and succeed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS Exercise Science
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
I've been coached and mentored by some of the best football minds in college football during my tenure at Florida State
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My price structure is monthly.
4 sessions per month at $50 per session - $200
8 sessions per month at $45 per session - $360
12 sessions per month at $40 per session - $480
How did you get started teaching?
I started working with youths while I was in college through a program called Champions. We went to various schools in Leon county and taught the children how to exercise properly. An initiative to stop childhood obesity.
I started coaching youth football 4 years ago. First with just the linebackers, then Defensive Coordinator, and now Head Coach.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all children with many different ages, positions, and ability levels. I pride myself in having out boys next level ready. Physically and more importantly, mentally. I'm proud to say the young men I've worked with are standouts on the next level. My youngest athlete now is 4 years old and my oldest just had a successful signing day.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One was being promoted to Head Coach and seeing the outpouring of love and support from both the parents and the players. But I'm most fond of the random text messages or calls from kids I've coached telling me they get it now. Or something I taught them, they actually tried and it worked.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
First take ownership of your journey. Trainer or not, work has to be done and you have to do it.
Make sure they are just as invested in your goals as you are. Establish a connection and ASK QUESTIONS! Know you're getting better! Progression leaves evidence.
