Hello! I’m Omari Alexander, a current high-level professional athlete and an IFL Champion. Over the course of my career, I’ve gained invaluable experience, both as a competitor and coach, and I now offer tailored speed, agility, and strength training programs designed to elevate athletic performance across all sports. As I am still pursuing my career, there will be times where I actually perform the workout with the client.
I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes at the highest level, including NFL players like Brian Poole, Nate Hobbs, Beanie Bishop, Logan Ryan, JC Jackson, Bryce Cosby, and Darryl Roberts. As I’ve trained with these athletes and also learned more from them, and I’m now offering the same level of expertise to you.
