The custom plan that was created for me by Smoothkeys is exactly what I needed to get my fitness journey started! It was tailored to my needs and presences, to keep me engaged, motivated, and seeing results! It also is progressive and builds over time with new circuits and more intense and dynamic exercises being added as I get stronger! I could not recommend getting a plan for yourself from anyone else!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I talk with the student and his family and listen to the goals that they have to see if I am a right fit.
Second we will have an in person evaluation where you go through different drills to see where you are at.
Last I give you the evaluation results and we go from there
