Averages out to $38 for 30 minute sessions. Custom packages are also available.
How did you get started teaching?
I have over 5 years of experience. The co-trainer/owner has over 6. We are both good at our professions, we enjoy it, and it never gets old.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all clients going through all stages of life. Whether it’s to overcome an injury, build muscle, gain flexibility, lose weight, or even work on balance and stability, I have helped them all. Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, beginners, to those who just need to get back in the gym after a break. You name it.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A very dear client lost 3% body fat in 2 months!! Another fun client went down 11 pounds on her first month. We are very proud of all of our clients because they work hard.
