Individual Training: $55/Hour, $50/Hour (6 session package)
Small Group Training (2-4 clients): $45/hour
Medium Group Training (5-8 clients): $25/hour
Large Group Training (9+ clients): $20/hour
Speed Camps: $20/hour
High School Team Training: $150/hour
How did you get started teaching?
As I was running track at DePauw University, I obtained my BA in Kinesiology. I followed that up by getting my MS in Exercise and Nutrition Science.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with youth to collegiate athletes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research and ask questions about their experience! Atlhough there are a lot of differeing certifications in the field of strength and conditioning, they may be geared to different populations. Makes sure that your trainer's certifications and experience match your needs!
