My name is Natalia Rodriguez and I have a doctorate in holistic life coaching and I am certified as a yoga instructor as well. I have a deep passion on helping others in any way I can, I feel inmense gratitude for this compassion in my heart for others. If my client are happy I am happy and they are my priority. I have been doing life coaching for about 5 years and I've been practicing yoga for about 8. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to sit down and talk about any goal, issue or whatever it is he wants to work with and then address that to our practice and work with it till is accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in Holistic life coaching and I am certified as a yoga instructor as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I started getting everyone that was interested in yoga or that wanted life coaching and worked with them on any level till goal achieved. I kind of went out there and talked to people.
What types of students have you worked with?
From children to elder..... I love to teach to anyone. Advance or beginners. The goal is to get then where they want to be.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To follow their intuition and to try it and kind of chose who he feels comfortable with, who has that welcoming spirit to them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It all depends on human to human. We are one but we have different thinking. I think is best to sit with the teacher and explain their needs and then go from there.
