I have been helping clients achieve better health for the past 18 years. I create a science-based nutrition and fitness program specifically for the individual client. I have a true passion for helping people achieve real results in the quickest and safest way possible. I use only cutting edge up to date techniques that are proven to be effective. My clients generally are looking to lose body fat and add lean muscle. I have the capacity to work with clients both in person and online through my personal fitness and nutrition app, FaceTime, email, and phone.
