Invite each new client for a complementary session where we discuss goals and provide a workout so client can test drive my services, then plan a program length, frequency that will achieve clients goal.

How did you get started teaching?
In my early 20’s I was into bodybuilding while I was working in the financial field. While in a book store, I purchased a book title “Biomarkers: 10 determinates of health you can control”. The authors where a MD and Phd who took a control group of people in their 60’s & 70’s and reversed 10 biomarkers such as blood pressure, bodyfat, muscle, cholesterol, etc by replacing lost muscle from aging to be equal to someone in their 30’s. This really intrigued me. So I began a career in Fitness by starting as a Personal Trainer in Ft. Lauderdale FL. After a couple of years I opened my own PT studio and 5 years later expanded to be a 25,000 sq. ft. multipurpose Health Club. Some years later I opened a Health Club in Wellington, Fl that offered Personal Training, 24 hour access gym and CrossFit - CrossFit Wellington. Couple years later I opened CrossFit CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. Moved to Alpharetta/Atlanta GA 6 years later and opened RevvFitness. Which is strictly high end personal training. Fitness is my Passion.
