About

Johns Creek Pilates is a classically trained Pilates studio that focuses on the holistic development of the body, mind and spiritn through movement. In our studio, you will learn exactly how Joseph Pilates taught his students, the classical way.

Many studios aren't equipped with properly trained instructors. You will not find that at our studio! Our Instructors are trained by the world renowned Peak Pilates. Each instructor is comprehensive certified with over 400 training, studying and appreticing hours. I also personally make sure all of my instructors are properly trained and have hundreds of hours of hands on experience.

Risk of injury and strenthening of the incorrect muscles is at risk, making it important to have the best training possible.

The best part of my job is seeing a difference in clients. Whether it be a reduction of neck, back, or hip pain, strengthening of the core, becoming more flexible, or muscle building, I set a goal with each of my clients in the beginning and we work until that goal is met!

It really excites me to see the different types of clients that come in. My youngest client is a 14 and my oldest is 88. Both men and women of all ages come to the studio and I love working with all!

Brooke is an amazing pilates teacher. She is very observant and can pick out your needs, strengths, and weaknesses right away. She caters each lesson to your condition each day and is cautious yet still tries to challenge you. I feel so great after each session with her. Highly recommended!!

Been working with Brooke at Johns Creek Pilates for 4 years now. When I first started pilates I had no idea what to expect, but knew I needed help with my lower back. I was 66 then. Now at 70 Im able to walk and function at a MUCH higher level than 4 years ago. I highly recommend you take the time to try Brookes class....I know you wont regret it. Thank You Brooke.....

I have been doing pilates here for two years. I began with ten private lessons then transitioned to a group class. I have had severe lower back pain for years and spent thousands on physical therapy and MRI scans, not to mention doctors visits and shots (none of which worked). Pilates has COMPLETELY erased the need for physical therapy, and I get a great work out! Its a great pace. Each class is customizable to your personal physical needs and ability. I will be doing pilates the rest of my life. Im so thankful to have found this facility and Brooke; shes an amazing teacher with a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable regarding physical science. She has brought me pain relief, core strength, and increased flexibility. Cant recommend highly enough!!!

Frequently asked questions

I typically like to work with a new student for four private sessions to begin with. After that, we will discuss together whether we should continue private sessions or move into a duet or group class.

I am a Comprehensive Peak Pilates Instructor, which means I have completed all levels, as well as over 350 hours of teaching and apprentice hours to gain my certification.

I have own a private studio for four years and work hand-in-hand with Johns Creek Chiropractic and Wellness Center.

As an introduction to new clients, I offer 4 private classes for a cost of $180 ($600 value). From there, our studio is able to offer private, duet or group classes. Prices vary depending on packages and what group setting you prefer.

Our studio has worked with 14-year-old dancing students, as well as 88-year-old men and women looking to stay young. We love all ages and backgrounds of our students!

Please look at the certification of the instructor and how long they have taught. Pilates is an investment in your time, your body and your wallet! Go to a well-trained individual who will take care of you properly!

What are my goals when starting Pilates? Am I coming for fitness, injury rehabilitation, etc. What am I coming for and what do I expect to see in a set amount of time?

Any good instructor should be able to answer these questions. Everyone body is different, but if you put the time and dedication into your practice, you will begin seeing changes fast.
