Hi! And performing arts industry for over a decade now. I received my bachelor's degree in acting how to performing her university in Los Angeles. Shortly after I received two Master's degrees: one in Creative Writing with a focus on contemporary media and screen reading. My second Masters was in pedagogy, with a focus in new methods of teaching and curriculum design. I have written, directed and produced many films and live stage productions. I just returned overseas from Haiti, where I designed and implemented Performing arts programs and curriculums for schools there.
I am also, a practicing and certified CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and fitness coach. As an actor, breath work, meditation and behavioral analysis has always been a big part of my approach, and for many years I've been working privately with clients to have them reach their personal goals an objective.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In our first session, i like to get to know my students better. Understanding your goals will help me guide you in the right direction. I love to start out with some technical excercises and focus games. Then, i like to jump right in and get you rolling!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Acting from one of the Top performing arts schools in the Country, The American Musical & Dramatic Academy in Los Angels CA, along with several worshop studies. I also have my Masters of Fine Arts in creative writing with a focus in Contemporary media for Play & Screen writing from Antioch University.
I am also certified and trained in several weapons in stage combat from the American Fight Association.

I price my lessons $45 per session, and discount sessions for bundles and or sessions booked in advance.
How did you get started teaching?
After getting my degree, i found a passion for directing and helping other actors achieve excellence on stage and infront of a camera!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students ranging from age 3-62, trained and untrained.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try your best to speak with an instructor before schedulsch classes. It is important to know that an instructor is right for you based on their educational beliefs and their training!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Figure what you want from Acting. Think about where you fit in the industry, who do you want to play? What kind of shows do you fit with? What are your goalg?
