What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Do initial consultation and learn what its going to take to strengthen the atheke's weaknesses and/or build IQ to go with strengths . After that, I then customize a plan for that particular athlete-client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've developed and trained NFL, CFL, XFL
and Boxing clients. I specialize in building the footwork, agility and lateral movement of the athlete/client
