Mary Jane

I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, earned in 2019. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently demonstrated a strong aptitude for learning and a deep commitment to excellence.

My approach to any task I undertake is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and unwavering reliability. I have a reputation for delivering impactful results within tight timelines, a testament to my intellectual independence and dedication.

While I have a promising background in wet lab research and a brief stint in the corporate world, my true passion lies in teaching. I have actively pursued this passion through tutoring on various platforms, including Upwork, Studygate, and within my alma mater, where I have assisted students in subjects such as Cell Biology, English, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology just to mention a few.

Currently, I am on the verge of completing my Master's degree in Epidemiology, and I concurrently serve as a part-time lecturer for undergraduate students at the same university where I pursued my Bachelor's degree. In addition to formal tutoring, I have established a tuition coaching program for undergraduates during extended holidays, offering assistance with homework and assignments across various biology-related courses.

My dedication to helping students extends beyond academics, encompassing their holistic development. Through online platforms like Tutors Hub, I have had the privilege of engaging with students from around the world, and gaining valuable international teaching experience.
