What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1st Session is more of an assessment and testing of mindset and skill set. I try to learn as much as I can about the student athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Exercise Science. I'm certified with 4 nationally accredited certifying Bodies. NCCPT. Issa. ASFA. NCAA AFCA. I also possess a global certification with Expert Rating.
