I am a State of Georgia Certified Teacher, Personal Trainer, and High School Football Coach, with leadership credentials geared towards student achievement. I am a part of the Georgia Highschool Association and Georgia Minority Coches Association. I am a certified personal trainer, and I have over ten years of coaching and training football players.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience of success from my clients’ achievements. I’ve played and coached both sides of the ball on the collegiate level, and high school level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When meeting a new client, I take them through a series of questions that will allow me to focus in on the fundamentals skills needed to accesses their skill set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Lead trainer of the RAC, I have been blessed with the titles of the following positions.

The RAC Standard Football Trainning Pricing per Session
$15 per session
$25 for two sessions per week
$35 for three sessions per week
$45 for four sessions per week
Sessions consist of.......
10 Minutes of a Pre/Post workout.
10 Minutes of Pre/Post Stretching.
15 Minutes of fundamental workouts.
10 Minutes of Cardio/Calisthenics.
15 Minutes of Skills & Drills.
****One Additional Position Drill Station Per Session****
How did you get started teaching?
My teaching journey started as a long term substitute teacher in Bibb County Alternative School in 2007. In 2009, I received a Georgia Provisional Teaching Certificate to teach at Berrian County High School Alternative School. Since then, I’ve received my initial certification in Middle Grades Social Studies, and additional add-on certifications in Special Education Math, Science, and Social Studies. I am also a Georgia High School Certified Health and P.E. Teacher as well.
I have a Masters Degree in “Exceptional Education”, and an Educational Specialist degree in “Curriculum Instructions”.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students including special education, gifted, well trained, and challenged. I have assisted several students who have and are expecting college football scholarships as well.
I have been afforded this opportunity because I am able to differientiate workouts plans that’s geared to meet any student at any level.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very fond of any event that “The Georgia Minority Coaches Association” have.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give a student looking to hire a teacher like myself would be to “drink and gallon of water a day, and bring your energy”.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Before students talk to their teachers about their needs, they should know what areas they need assistance in, and utilize their strengths to aid the instructor in their developmental process.
