I have Coached and Trained in 5 decades. I have trained, coached ,and mentored many athletes on all levels! I have assisted with scholarships and have had a great repoire with High School Coaches as well as College Coaches. I also, will talk about Grades,Testing, and Character. I have coached all positions, primarily skills, OL,DL I have been both Offensive Coordinator,Defensive Coordinator.Head Coach many years

All of it. I Love seeing kids compete and succeed. Succeeding is important in all aspects of development, not just athletics. I like to keep things in perspective to what we are trying to achieve.

Never been with another man that could train or get the most out of a athlete/ student in my life. Frank has mentored me and made me a better coach just by watching his approach how he talks and communicates. Frank knows how to work in large group, small group or one on one. Frank will mentor other coaches along with making sure everyone is safe and efficient.

Frank Caputo is one of the greatest coaches in the business. When you connect with players and make sure that they have the life necessities and tools to be successful, you build men not just athletes. He’s very self aware and gets to know each player to the extent that he can coach them how they need to be coached. This philosophy trickles down to his assistant coaches as well. As he ensures that they know the goals and how to reach them...to the point that everyone is in the same page. I’m very honored to have been a part of his program and learned a lot about life because of him.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to find out about my student(s). What they like, what they expect, what are their goals. What they want to become as they mature.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a retired coach/educator.I have taught and coached in all levels. I have trained college and professional athletes as well as rec,Middle school and High School. I have been a Head Football Coach for 20+ years. I have won numerous accolades and awards! Also, I am in 2 HOFS'

I generally evaluate the student(s) to see where they are athletically.

How did you get started teaching?

I played HS Football .Earned a Scholarship Played College Football ,Graduated from College and Started Ciaching and Teaching in Ga. I have coached with many great coaches and have had an opportunity to learn from some of the best!
