Andie is thorough and understanding. She tailors the training program to your specific needs and will never apply a one size fit all method to her clients. She is also extremely clear and always explains why you’re doing what she’s asking you to do. On her training and nutrition plan I definitely saw results I was looking for. Andie is the best trainer I’ve ever met!

Andrea is an extraordinary trainer. To this day, although she has relocated, I continue to work with her and her programs. She sets up not only great boot camps and programs, but also acts as a support team to ensure you reach your goals.
When we were in the same city and she was able to train me at my gym, she was always conscious of my needs. She helped me to achieve goals, kept me on track, kept me healthy and was not just a coach and leader but a cheerleader to push through each workout! Hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had. Our sessions consisted of a lot of fooling around (on my part lol) but Andie always pushed me to be better.
This girl really knows her stuff, so if you’re just starting out or are scared of judgement/not knowing what you’re doing (like I was), Andie is very patient with you and always makes you feel confident during every session.
Beware: she’s a lover of planks 😩😩😩😩 lol but I can admit that because of her I was able to work my way up to 2 min when I could barely do 30 secs when I started.
If she didn’t move away I would still be with her ;(

Andie made each workout custom for me—not cookie-cutter—as well as my goals and needs. When I got pregnant, she researched prenatal fitness on her own time so she could help me. She challenged me to get stronger and also stick to my goals. I looked forward to every session with Andie because she not only had me working out hard, but she’s a kind, funny person who became a friend and I looked forward to talking with her (during rest times, of course!).
