Working with Andie was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. When I first started training with her, I was preparing for another round of IVF after a difficult experience, both physically and emotionally. Andie was thoughtful, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She met me exactly where I was, encouraged me when I needed it most, and pushed me in the healthiest, most empowering way.
Over the course of about a year, Andie helped me build real strength — not just physically, but mentally too. The difference was so remarkable that even my doctor commented on how much stronger and more resilient I was going into my next IVF cycle. Andie’s guidance made a huge impact on that process and its outcome.
I’m overjoyed to share that my twins were born at the end of September, and Andie was one of the very first people we wanted to tell. I told her this personally, but I’ll say it again here: I am so deeply grateful for her role in helping me reach this lifelong dream of becoming a mom.

Working with Coach Andie has truly been life-changing. I came to her feeling stuck, and unsure of how to get results without resorting to crash diets or feeling intimidated in the gym. Andie taught me how to track my weight and stay on top of my nutrition. As a person whose weight fluctuates often, I have to be very intentional about how I approach my macros.
