I've been working with Andie for a half a year now on my nutrition. She's been amazing at helping me understand my macros and work with me. As someone who identifies as a foodie and is actively finding new restaurants and cuisines, Andie has helped me balance both my food lifestyle and my health/wellness lifestyle by even looking at menus with me and planning what dishes would work with my goals and macros for the day/week.
Most importantly out of all this, she provides exactly what I need in my situation: accountability. She doesn't micromanage, but will check in with you regularly and periodically look at your food logs. Each time I've fallen off the horse before with tracking my macros, she has gone above and beyond and checked on me DAILY on how I'm doing, making sure I've logged, that my energy is fine, that I've done my cardio.
The results have been great! I've recomped a lot in the past 6 months and gained almost as much muscle as I've lost in fat. I genuinely don't believe that I could have done it without Andie. Work 👏🏼 with 👏🏼 her!

Even though my resistance workouts were not at all bad before starting with Andie, my progress is UNDENIABLE since coming under her coaching. I particularly appreciate the many physical cues she pays attention to to gauge the effect of the weight load as I'm lifting, to make determinations about each subsequent set and fine tune posture adjustments, and to safely move me to within a margin of true muscular failure on the great majority of lifts. I understood the value of progressive overload already in theory, but I didn't have the firsthand, in-body experience of how it felt using it as a tool to stimulate muscle development which I'm now seeing in abundance and in all the right places (as Andie's deep understanding of anatomy drives exercise selection for specific functional and aesthetic gains). I am so grateful for the time and attention because I know how important it is to lay a muscular foundation in mid life for longevity and health span, and in addition to looking like a million bucks, for the first time in my life I feel secure and confident that my workouts are benefitting the future (elderly) version of myself tangibly. I've referred Andie to friends and clients of mine, and while I know that it's a leap of faith to undertake dedicated physical coaching, I cannot recommend Andie and her approach highly enough.

I was an elite athlete through college and had always been disciplined in working out after college. However, things changed when I started having kids. Seven years and four babies later, I couldn't recognize myself, had low confidence, low energy, and failed numerous times trying to get myself back on a program. Andie is the most amazing coach!! She always pushes me to challenge myself while also being supportive when I need to scale back. She carefully plans all of my workouts and helps me with new movements to make sure I know what to do. If machines/equipment are not available on a given day, she quickly responds to help alter the plan and give me a backup exercise. When I go out of town, she helps me adjust my workouts to fit the equipment I have available - whether it be using another gym or banded workout. Her weekly check ins are so helpful and she has helped me learn how to track my macros and make important changes to my diet to get the best results. I have loved working with her and have made so many changes over the last year I never thought possible!

Hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had. Our sessions consisted of a lot of fooling around (on my part lol) but Andie always pushed me to be better.
This girl really knows her stuff, so if you’re just starting out or are scared of judgement/not knowing what you’re doing (like I was), Andie is very patient with you and always makes you feel confident during every session.
Beware: she’s a lover of planks 😩😩😩😩 lol but I can admit that because of her I was able to work my way up to 2 min when I could barely do 30 secs when I started.
If she didn’t move away I would still be with her ;(
