    Andie has changed my life! I used to struggle to lift a barbell and now I can easy deadlift over 200lbs. She’s awesome and takes great care of your routine and always checks in. Highly recommend her for nutrition, strength training, and programming.

It had been my first time lifting and she made sure I felt comfortable and familiar with the equipment! Training with her has been amazing and such a judge free environment!     Andie was a great coach! She creates programming and plans that are suitable for you even if you are a beginner! She really makes sure your form is correct to avoid injuries. Her sessions are super fun and enjoyable too! She won’t let you give up and always continue to push you to do betterrr every sessionn! If your are looking to start or improve your fitness journey and want to take it seriously I recommend her programming and coaching for sure!!!

    I've been working with Andie for a half a year now on my nutrition. She's been amazing at helping me understand my macros and work with me. As someone who identifies as a foodie and is actively finding new restaurants and cuisines, Andie has helped me balance both my food lifestyle and my health/wellness lifestyle by even looking at menus with me and planning what dishes would work with my goals and macros for the day/week. Most importantly out of all this, she provides exactly what I need in my situation: accountability. She doesn't micromanage, but will check in with you regularly and periodically look at your food logs. Each time I've fallen off the horse before with tracking my macros, she has gone above and beyond and checked on me DAILY on how I'm doing, making sure I've logged, that my energy is fine, that I've done my cardio. The results have been great! I've recomped a lot in the past 6 months and gained almost as much muscle as I've lost in fat. I genuinely don't believe that I could have done it without Andie. Work 👏🏼 with 👏🏼 her!
