I am a certified life coach that helps clients identify relationships that are healthy and relationships that are toxic. I also use techniques designed to help one discover his/her purpose in life.

I enjoy helping people live a life of purpose and impact. The journey in discovering one's purpose in life is just as exciting to me as it is for them! I am passionate about assisting people in turning their obstacles into opportunities and I love helping people heal from old wounds and creating a new life whereby the past doesn't hold them hostage. I specialize in helping to identify toxic relationships and how to cultivate healthy ones.

    Frequently asked questions

    We will first have a 20 to 30-minute "Encounter" call. This will allow me to get to the prospective client as a person and to learn what it is that they want. They also get to learn about me and why I am a Life Coach! After the call I will develop a plan for reaching their goal(s) and then we will get started.
