I'm mindful of the needs of my students. Everyone learns at a different pace, practices for various reasons and their needs are different. No class I offer is the same for that reason. I incorporate various modalities within my classes, so it's not JUST Yoga. Depending on the needs of the students, I'll add sound therapy, tapping or meditation.
It is very satisfying to see and hear my students leave my class or session relaxed, lighter and ready for a new day. I understand the power in the work that I've been called to do. There is no greater joy than working in your purpose.
