We offer dance, fitness and Pilates classes for all ages and abilities. We have classes for Postnatal moms, Mommy & Me music and dance, dance classes for kids with special needs, dance for seniors as well as Pilates for teens and adults.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a professional ballet dancer and enjoy inspiring others to get up and dance, move and shake, regardless of age or ability. I am also trained in mat Pilates and enjoy teaching the mind-body-core connection to beginner as well as advanced students.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most classes are $15 per class.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with babies, toddlers, preschoolers, kids, teens, new moms, adults and seniors. I also work with kids with special needs or physical handicaps.
